Refund policy

Popkanon Shop is based on a prinicple of print-on-demand,  which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Our POD partner Printify accepts an evaluation of refund should the print be of bad quality or broken when you open the packaged delivery. This policy has 30 days validation and needs to be accepted by Printify.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a decision after having liased with Printify.
